We are manufacturers of THIN METAL SHELLS and LIGHT STAMPINGS. Working with virtually any metal that can be deep drawn or stamped, we will supply parts to your drawings and specifications. The typical size range for our parts is as follows: Diameters of .040 to 1.500, lengths of .050 to 1.250 and wall thickness of .005 to .050. All dimensions are in inches. Length to diameter ratios of 10 to 1 can be achieved on some parts.

Equiptment:

Complete toolroom including a wire EDM allowing us to make and maintain all our tooling in-house. Our workhorse is the Baird transfer press. In addition, we have several light stamping presses capable of doing single operations or progressive die work.
